Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy

By engaging Aerial Perspectives Australia for services, you are bound by the following terms and conditions.

Period of Use
The standard license permits image use for up to one year. Extended licenses are available for prolonged use.
Non-Exclusive Use Aerial Perspectives Australia reserves the right to issue separate licenses to additional parties for an extra fee. Exclusive use of photos requires prior notification to and approval by Aerial Perspectives Australia.

Parties Relationship
Aerial Perspectives Australia operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client. No agency, partnership, or joint venture is implied or intended. The Photographer's work is not considered "work for hire" under copyright law. All rights granted to the client are contractual and defined by this agreement.

Shoot Procedures
Client input is valuable in determining photographic content. In the absence of the client or an authorized representative during the shoot, the Photographer will exercise professional judgment to capture the property adequately. Properties must be appropriately staged and cleaned before the shoot.

All fees and expenses are due upon delivery of assets. Aerial Perspectives Australia reserves the right to postpone or refuse subsequent shoots until the account is settled.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, Aerial Perspectives Australia requires a 50% down payment at time of scheduling. Deposit is refundable, less 50% or $450 if canceled within 2 calendar days of the shoot. No refunds are issued for cancellations without 2 days' notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee equivalent to 25% per unit/property, per scheduled photographer or technician.
