Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy
By engaging Aerial Perspectives Australia for services, you are bound by the following terms and conditions.
Licensing and Rights
All photographs and data captured by Aerial Perspectives Australia ("Photographer") remain the exclusive property of Aerial Perspectives Australia unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Photographer retains all rights to the images and data, granting the client a license for specified purposes only.
Permitted Uses with Standard License:

Uploading to marketing platforms for property sales purposes (note: ownership of photos does not transfer)

In-house promotional materials for the client's company

Social media marketing for the client's company

Portfolio display, office presentations, annual reports, and trade show exhibits

Submission to design competitions and PR releases

Sharing on the internet, including personal or company websites and social media

Storage and printing for in-house projects, proposals, and editorial purposes
Exclusions (additional pricing may apply):

Billboards and vehicle wraps

Magazines with extensive circulation (over 300k)
Period of Use
The standard license permits image use for up to one year. Extended licenses are available for prolonged use.
Non-Exclusive Use Aerial Perspectives Australia reserves the right to issue separate licenses to additional parties for an extra fee. Exclusive use of photos requires prior notification to and approval by Aerial Perspectives Australia.
Parties Relationship
Aerial Perspectives Australia operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client. No agency, partnership, or joint venture is implied or intended. The Photographer's work is not considered "work for hire" under copyright law. All rights granted to the client are contractual and defined by this agreement.
Shoot Procedures
Client input is valuable in determining photographic content. In the absence of the client or an authorized representative during the shoot, the Photographer will exercise professional judgment to capture the property adequately. Properties must be appropriately staged and cleaned before the shoot.
Fees
All fees and expenses are due upon delivery of assets. Aerial Perspectives Australia reserves the right to postpone or refuse subsequent shoots until the account is settled.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
Unless stated otherwise in writing, Aerial Perspectives Australia requires a 50% down payment at time of scheduling. Deposit is refundable, less 50% or $450 if canceled within 2 calendar days of the shoot. No refunds are issued for cancellations without 2 days' notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee equivalent to 25% per unit/property, per scheduled photographer or technician.
Shop Return Policy & Instructions
Convenient 30-Day Return Policy
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to Aerial Perspectives Australia within 30 days of the delivery date, following the terms and conditions outlined below. You can initiate a return or exchange through our online platform, over the phone, or via Live Chat.
If your original purchase included complimentary items, all associated items must be returned to receive a full refund; the retail value of any kept complimentary items, along with shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund. Aerial Perspectives Australia can only refund the original purchase price—shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Eligibility Criteria
Please review the conditions provided below. Failure to meet all conditions may result in Aerial Perspectives Australia refusing the return or applying a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original undamaged packaging (including an intact UPC code), and must contain all original packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying complimentary items, and accessories. The retail value of any kept complimentary items will be deducted from your total reimbursement. Aerial Perspectives Australia can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Non-returnable Items
Opened Galois m2 camera —original packaging cannot be opened.
Specific special-order items or any items marked as non-returnable on the website.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or an equivalent model from the manufacturer. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed.
Exchanges
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to reflect on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund using the same payment method as the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no earlier than 10 business days after the purchase date. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Limited Liability
Aerial Perspectives Australia is not liable for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise. Additionally, claims for missing items or items damaged during transit must be reported within two business days of receiving the merchandise.
Please note: any electronics containing user profile data must be factory reset or have their passwords unlocked before being returned to Aerial Perspectives Australia.
